Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is in relation to the Vacen Groups Services
and will be read in accordance with and will be subject to the terms and conditions
of this web page. If the purchased product is not up to the mark then you can
request for a cancellation. Make sure that the product should not be damaged
otherwise a refund will not be initiated. To return a product, you have to follow
some steps.
- You can make a cancellation request for a product or service within 7 days
from the actual date when you have purchased it.
- You can send a cancellation request by writing a mail to
infovacensolar@gmail.com or info@vacengroups.com mentioning
subscription date, duration and order number.
- You are also suggested to mention the mode of refund like online or cheque.
If you want a refund directly in the bank account then kindly mention the
bank details or wallet details as required. If you want money back through
cheque then share your complete mailing address
- No refund or refund will be considered after 7 days.
- Subject to cancellation, your refund will be processed further, and an amount
will be credited to your bank account or wallet in accordance with the policy
of the payment gateway.
- In any case, the refund process is not initiated so you can contact customer
service otherwise you can contact your bank and/or credit card company, to
know the refunds and the processing time for affecting such refund.
